How you will be billed
Statements of what you owe will be emailed to you within a week after your visit. Please look for the email for the link to pay online. If you lost that email, message us through the portal requesting another email to be sent with the link. If you opted for paper statements please follow the instructions on the statement to pay.
Have questions about your bill?
Your health insurance company may cover most of the cost of your appointment. Many insurance companies will require you to pay a copay or small portion of the cost. If you have a high deductible insurance plan you may have to pay a larger amount until you have met your deductible limit for the year. Contact your insurance company by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card for questions about why you owe this amount.
