Preferred method of communicating is messaging through the healthcare portal. The portal securely protects your private healthcare information. Emailing is not an option. It is not secure enough to be HIPAA compliant.
Through the portal you can:
- Send a message and receive a reply that day
- Request refills
- Review your records
Not a client or don’t have portal access? Call (920) 882-7780. On the voicemail leave the client’s name and DOB (and your name if not the client).
If you are seeking an urgent appointment, please state that in your call. If you are having a medical emergency call 911 or go to an emergency room. If you are in imminent danger of hurting yourself, such as planning to act on suicidal thoughts or being at risk of harm please reach out to a family member or friend or call 988 for the suicide hotline number.
Directions
Fox Valley Psychiatry is inside of the Regus building on the 2nd floor. The building has gold tinted windows.

Park anywhere in the large parking lot. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator and on your left will be the reception desk (where the Regus sign is). Check in, have a seat in the waiting room and Dr. Rueff will come to greet you shortly.
